ANALYSIS
According to an earlier post by Borzello, Council entered the NCAA's transfer portal on April 25. He commits to St. Bonaventure just over a month later. Council made some noise as part of an injury-depleted Wagner team that somehow advanced into the 2024 NCAA Tournament. Before scoring 18 against North Carolina then, he averaged 15.5 points and 6.0 rebounds across his 27 games started as a junior.
