Robinson could be a candidate to reunite with former Nittany Lions and new Texans coach Bill O'Brien at the top of the second round, but he may not remain on the board by that time.

Robinson figures to be ranked higher than this in most college fantasy football rankings, and there's certainly an argument to be made for doing so. Robinson was an elite fantasy option in 2012, catching 77 passes for 1,018 yards and 11 touchdowns in 12 games. Quarterback Matt McGloin graduated in the offseason, however, and Penn State will struggle to replace the 272 yards and two touchdowns per game that McGloin provided in 2012. The good news is that Robinson's new quarterback will likely be Christian Hackenberg, a consensus five-star 2013 recruit.
