Max Kranick News: Optioned to Triple-A

The Mets optioned Kranick to Triple-A Syracuse on Tuesday.

Kranick was unscored upon in his first six relief appearances this season but allowed two runs over 1.2 frames in Tuesday's game versus the Twins. The Mets have not yet placed Jose Siri (leg) on the 10-day injured list, so Kranick could be recalled once that move is officially made.
