Wilyer Abreu News: Not starting vs. lefty

Abreu is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the White Sox, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports.

Abreu has started one of three games against left-handed pitchers this season, and he'll take a seat Friday versus Chicago southpaw Martin Perez. Rob Refsnyder is starting in right field and batting sixth.
