Jonathan Kuminga News: Remains out of rotation

Kuminga (coach's decision) went unused Tuesday in the Warriors' 121-116 victory over the Grizzlies in the Western Conference Play-In Tournament.

After Golden State held him out of rotation in a pivotal regular-season finale Sunday against the Clippers, Kuminga once again didn't get off the bench while head coach Steve Kerr prioritized Gary Payton (20 minutes) and Gui Santos (six minutes) ahead of him. The Warriors' upcoming first-round series with a defensive-minded Rockets squad could prove to be a more favorable matchup for Kuminga, though it's far from a given that Kerr will reopen a spot in the rotation for the fourth-year forward.
