Gavin Blackwell News: Seeking fresh start

Blackwell has decided to enter the NCAA Transfer Portal, Matt Zenitz of 247Sports.com reports.

Blackwell had entered the portal back in December before deciding to return to Chapel Hill, however, the junior wide receiver is once again testing the transfer market. He totaled four receptions for 43 yards across two appearances.
