Hykeem Williams News: Plans to enter portal

Williams plans to enter the NCAA's transfer portal, Hayes Fawcett of On3.com reports.

This is Williams' first entry into the transfer portal. He spent two years with Florida State and saw improvement between them, finishing the second with more than 100 receiving yards.
