Carroll will enter the NCAA's transfer portal, Mike Roach of 247Sports reports.

Carroll has opened himself up to other teams that are not named SMU. While enrolled there in 2023 and 2024, he logged either only one reception or only one target, barely racking up any counting stats to his name in the process.
