Smart is officially in the NCAA's transfer portal, according to his announcement Tuesday.

Smart logged a big 34-yard reception with Mississippi, but the catch is all that he recorded while part of Ole Miss' 2024 team. Having proven himself with better numbers at his previous college, North Texas, it appears he is seeking better opportunities.
