Mims has decided to enter the NCAA's transfer portal, according to his announcement Monday.

Mims has been as consistent a wideout as anyone can get. For each of his three seasons, meaning Mims enters the transfer portal as a junior, he logged 350-to-450 yards and at least one touchdown.
