Upshaw (undisclosed) indicated earlier in spring practice that he's nearing full health, Aaron Gershon of 247Sports reports. "Everything's going good," Upshaw said. "At this point, I'd say I'm around 90-95 percent with it. Just taking it slow, one day at a time with it. Right now I keep it wrapped during practice, but I'm a full go. I'm just keeping it safe at this point. Making sure I'm not overstraining anything. Making sure I'm more healthy than anything."
