Adds depth to Tampa Bay defense
Gregory agreed to a one-year deal with the Buccaneers on Wednesday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Gregory will reunited in Tampa with outside linebackers coach George Edwards, whom the 2015 second-round pick played for while both were with the Cowboys. The addition of the 31-year-old will bolster Tampa Bay's edge rotation, with Gregory coming off a 2023 regular season in which he recorded 20 tackles and 3.5 sacks in 16 games between the Broncos and 49ers.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Drawing interest from Seahawks
The Seahawks have shown preliminary interest in signing Gregory, Josina Anderson of CBS Sports reports.
ANALYSIS
Gregory spent the 2023 season split between Denver and San Francisco but played a relatively limited role with the latter of the two teams. He combined to record 3.5 sacks across 16 games and would provide some pass-rushing depth to a Seahawks defensive line that already features Jarran Reed, Dre'Mont Jones and Leonard Williams.

Gregory's first year in Denver was mostly a disappointment. The veteran appeared in just six games and ended the season on injured reserve due to a knee injury after totaling 12 tackles, two sacks and two forced fumbles. Gregory is now healthy ahead of the 2023 campaign, and his skills as a pass rusher should provide a significant boost to an already formidable defensive unit.
