Bancroft signed a one-year, entry-level contract with the Bruins on Thursday.

Bancroft played for Cornell during the 2024-25 season, recording 15 goals and 12 assists over 36 appearances. His one-year deal will begin during the 2025-26 campaign, and he'll report to AHL Providence on an amateur tryout to close out the 2024-25 season.
