Leonardo Spinazzola Injury: Will miss Milan tilt

Spinazzola won't be available Sunday versus Milan due to muscle fatigue in his right quad, Napoli announced.

Spinazzola picked up the problem during a friendly earlier in the week and hasn't been able to train since, coach Antonio Conte stated. Mathias Olivera or Pasquale Mazzocchi will substitute for him on the left flank.
