Mykolenko (thigh) is in the starting XI for Saturday's match against Nottingham Forest.

Mykolenko is back from his thigh injury after missing out last week, no surprise after training this week. He is starting immediately and should continue in this role when fit, starting in all 29 of his appearances this campaign.
