2025 Fantasy Outlook
Taken in the sixth round of the 2024 draft out of New Hampshire, Laube seemed to land in coach Antonio Pierce's doghouse in the preseason, and fumbling on his first, and so far only, NFL carry in Week 6 made him a permanent resident. Laube could still develop into a capable third-down back as a pro, and he did contribute as a kickoff returner in the second half. A clean slate under Pete Carroll will help, but Las Vegas' offseason additions of Ashton Jeanty and Raheem Mostert give Laube no clear path to a consistent role on offense. Read Past Outlooks
Could see more work on offense
Laube finished Monday's 20-9 loss to the Chargers with two catches on as many targets for 17 yards and a solo tackle on special teams.
ANALYSIS
Both of Laube's catches came late in the second quarter while the Raiders attempted to put points on the board in a two-minute drill. Laube split his 24 snaps evenly between offense and special teams, but head coach Pete Carroll relayed Tuesday that the 2024 sixth-rounder could see more playing time on offense moving forward, per Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee. Laube is currently listed as the Raiders' RB3 behind rookie first-rounder Ashton Jeanty and Zamir White.

Taken in the sixth round in 2024, Laube was a workhorse at New Hampshire, but he may have to settle for a passing-down role in the NFL given his size. He's a more than capable pass-catcher and is at least a willing blocker in pass protection, so he should be able to handle that assignment. Laube doesn't leave yards on the table as a runner and uses his blocking well, but he also lacks the power or burst to gain many yards after contact. He'll provide depth for the Raiders behind Zamir White and Alexander Mattison.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Could step up after injuries
Laube could see a larger role in Week 12 against the Broncos, as Alexander Mattison and Zamir White left Sunday's game against the Dolphins due to ankle and quad injuries, respectively.
ANALYSIS
Laube has spent most of his rookie season inactive, dressing for only three games and fumbling his only carry to date. The rookie sixth-round draft pick will likely be active against the Broncos if either Mattison or White sit out, but Ameer Abdullah remains ahead of Laube on the depth chart.
